Return Policy
Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless there is an error from Dot Green or the service provider.
To exchange tickets in special cases with specific regulations, please contact customer support. We will review and handle each specific case.
Refund Policy
Purchased tickets are not refundable, unless the event is canceled or there are major changes from the organizer that make it impossible to organize the event.
In case the event is canceled, we will notify you via email or registered phone number and proceed with the refund within 30 working days.
If you have a refund request for other reasons, please contact customer support for consideration and resolution.
Warranty Policy
E-tickets will be sent via email immediately after a successful transaction.
If you do not receive your ticket or your ticket has a technical problem, please contact customer support for resolution.

Dispute Resolution Process
When a dispute or complaint arises, Dot Green and the Event Organizer/Seller are responsible for receiving complaints and supporting Customers related to transactions on the Dot Green website. Dot Green promotes negotiation and reconciliation solutions between the parties to maintain members' trust in the quality of Dot Green's services and follows these steps:
Step 1: Customers can complain via email support@dotgreen.co or can directly report to Hotline 028.3932.6177
Step 2: Dot Green's Customer Service Department will receive complaints from members who are Customers. Depending on the nature and extent of the complaint, Dot Green requires the disputing parties to provide complete information/documents related to the incident, and propose a solution based on the information/documents collected within 07 working days from the date of receiving all information/documents related to the incident. In case the incident has a lot of information and complicated details, the settlement period will be extended.
Step 3: In case it is beyond the capacity and authority of Dot Green, the management board will request the Customer to bring this case to the competent state agency to request settlement according to the law. During the dispute resolution process, Dot Green respects and strictly implements the provisions of the law on protecting the rights of Customers.

The parties including the Event Organizer/Seller, the Customer will have to play a responsible role in actively resolving the problem. For Merchants, it is necessary to be responsible for providing documents certifying information related to the incident that is causing conflict to the Customer. For Dot Green, it will be responsible for providing information related to the Customer and Event Organizer/Seller if requested by the Customer or Merchant (related to that dispute).
After the Merchant and Customer have resolved the dispute, they must report back to the Dot Green Administration Board. In case of a conflict arising from the transaction due to the Merchant's fault: Dot Green will take measures to warn, lock the account or transfer to the competent legal authority depending on the level of the violation. Dot Green will terminate and remove all articles about the Merchant's products and services on Dot Green and at the same time request the Merchant to compensate the Customer satisfactorily on the basis of an agreement with the customer.
