Shipping and delivery

After the Customer successfully books a ticket on the DotGreen e-commerce platform, the ticket will be sent to the Customer through the following methods:

Tickets purchased on DotGreen will be issued in the form of an electronic ticket and will be sent to the Customer (the buyer) as an attachment via email. Customers can check ticket information in the My Ticket section (the personal account of the event participant on the DotGreen event page on the website) or E-Ticket on the app.

For certain major events at the request of the event organizer, tickets may be issued in the form of paper tickets, and the Customer must pay an additional fee to a third-party carrier for the delivery of the paper tickets from DotGreen to the Customer.
