Currently, DotGreen E-commerce Platform provides Customers with the following payment methods:
Method 1: Payment by card via Visa/Master/JCB card
- Step 1: Buyer learns information about the event and the event organizer;
- Step 2: Buyer authenticates the order (phone, text message, email);
- Step 3: Seller confirms Buyer information;
- Step 4: Buyer chooses payment method via Visa/Master/JCB card and makes payment. Payment fees depend on the type of card you use and the card issuing bank. Please contact the card issuing bank to know the payment fees incurred; (illustration)
- Step 5: Seller transfers tickets;
- Step 6: Buyer receives tickets.
Method 2: Payment via MoMo e-wallet:
- Step 1: Buyer learns information about the event and the event organizer;
- Step 2: Buyer confirms order (phone, text message, email);
- Step 3: Seller confirms Buyer information;
- Step 4: Buyer orders product, chooses payment method using MoMo e-wallet and pays. Customer needs to download MoMo e-wallet application to phone, link with bank and deposit money into MoMo wallet;
- Step 5: Seller transfers ticket;
- Step 6: Buyer receives ticket.
